Which devices are supported?
MeasureStamp runs on iPhone and iPad. Measuring uses the LiDAR Scanner found on iPhone Pro and Pro Max models and some iPad Pro models.
The address on my photo is missing.
Make sure Location is allowed for MeasureStamp in Settings › Privacy & Security › Location Services. The street address needs an internet connection; GPS coordinates are still stamped without one.
Where are my photos?
Stamped photos are saved to your Photos library in an album named after the job.
How do I restore my Pro purchase?
Pro is a one-time purchase tied to your Apple Account. Sign in with the same Apple Account and use “Restore Purchases” in the app. You won’t be charged again.
How do I ask for a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Can you recover my data?
No. Your data is stored only on your device, so we never have a copy. Back up your iPhone with iCloud or a computer to keep it safe.
